1. Platform Identity
Pinak Postal Merit Academy is a privately operated online learning and preparation platform for postal competitive examinations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Department of Posts, India Post, or Government of India.
Business details: Pinak Postal Merit Academy provides support through official website channels. Applicable invoice, tax, and grievance details will be shared through payment records and support communication.
2. Candidate Account and Access
Candidates must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials confidential. Account sharing, resale of access, bulk copying, automated scraping, or distribution of MCQs, notes, answer keys, revision tools, or test data is prohibited.
Each mobile number entered during registration may be linked to only one candidate account. Account verification codes are sent to the registered email ID; the current registration flow does not verify ownership of the mobile number by SMS. Candidates who need an email correction or account recovery should use the password-reset flow or contact official support instead of creating another account with the same mobile number.
For account protection, one candidate ID may remain active on only one device at a time, with a maximum of two trusted devices. Login from a new device may require OTP verification, and repeated unusual device changes may be reviewed by the admin team.
Course validity depends on the access plan selected before payment. The Inspector Posts Launch Exam-Cycle Plan provides fixed access through 31 December 2026, 11:59 PM IST, irrespective of the date of purchase; enrollment for that plan closes on 20 September 2026, 11:59 PM IST. From 21 September 2026, 12:00 AM IST, only the applicable normal annual plan can be purchased. The Inspector Posts Normal Annual Plan and PS Group B PYQ provide 365 days of access from payment verification. The selected plan, fee, and expiry are recorded with the verified purchase.
Number of mocks, published topic folders, and included materials will be shown on the relevant course page. Access may be suspended for misuse, sharing, abusive conduct, payment dispute misuse, or policy violation.
3. Payments, Invoices and Taxes
Payments should be made only through the approved payment method shown on the website or official support channel. Once payment gateway integration is active, invoices or receipts will be issued according to the business registration and applicable tax status.
GST, if applicable, will be charged and shown according to the final GST registration and course/payment setup. Candidates should review the final fee, validity, refund policy, and course description before payment.
During the Inspector Posts launch window, candidates may choose either the lower fixed-date Launch Exam-Cycle Plan or the Normal Annual Plan. These are separate validity options for the same course content, and the launch fee must not be treated as a discount on 365-day access. The PS Group B PYQ Regular Course Fee is Rs.1,499 and its current course fee is Rs.799 for 365-day access. A coupon applies only when the selected plan is shown as eligible, and every code, validity period, course restriction, discount, and final payable amount is validated by the server before payment.
4. Digital Content and Intellectual Property
All original MCQs, explanations, mock-test structure, one-liners, exam traps, notes, revision tools, page layouts, test interface, and platform copy belong to Pinak Postal Merit Academy or its licensors. Public Acts, Rules, Gazettes, manuals, notifications, and official references may be used for educational study, but academy explanations and questions are protected platform content.
5. Preparation Support
The platform provides exam-oriented preparation support. Candidate performance depends on effort, accuracy, revision, official exam pattern, eligibility, vacancies, evaluation, and other factors outside platform control.
6. Changes, Availability and Support
Course content may be updated, corrected, expanded, reorganised, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Candidates should contact support for access issues, payment concerns, duplicate payment claims, refunds, or grievance escalation.
