1. Digital Course Nature
Pinak Postal Merit Academy courses may include digital MCQs, mock tests, answer keys, explanations, one-liners, exam traps, revision tools, and online account access. Once digital access is activated and substantially used, fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered if it is raised within 48 hours of payment and the candidate has not substantially accessed paid content, attempted paid tests, downloaded protected material, or shared account access. Approval depends on payment verification, access logs, and the nature of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are normally not available for change of mind after access starts, poor internet/device issues outside platform control, account sharing/misuse, completed/attempted tests, downloaded material, expired access, violation of terms, or personal preparation decisions after using the course.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payment
If money is debited but course access is not activated, candidates should share payment ID, date, amount, registered email/mobile, and bank/gateway proof. Failed or duplicate payments will be verified with the payment gateway and refunded or adjusted where confirmed.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment mode where possible. Actual credit time depends on the bank, UPI, card network, wallet, or payment gateway. A reasonable handling period may apply after verification.
6. Before Paid Enrollment
Interest registration is not a paid enrollment. Candidates should review course fee, validity, invoice details, applicable taxes, payment gateway policy, and refund conditions before payment.
